"Broke a lot sooner than it should have"
I bought this from minervabeauty.com and it just did not last very much time. After only a few uses, some parts started feeling loose and kind of cheap, which was annoying because I was being careful with it. For the price, I really thought it would be better than that. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Nice staff, but I wish they were a bit more prepared"
The sales staff were friendly and did their best to help, which I appreciated. They answered most of my questions, but a couple of things felt uncertain, so I ended up double-checking the details on my own. I don’t think they were trying to mislead me or anything, but when you’re helping customers make a decision, it feels only fair to really know the product well. Overall, not a bad experience, just expected a little more confidence and knowledge.

"Order was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
My order arrived in good condition, so no complaints there, but the shipping definitely took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just slow. What annoyed me more was how aggressive the reminders were while I was waiting, like I kept getting nudged way too often. Overall, the product was fine, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

"Good selection, from what I saw"
I was browsing around for some salon supplies and Minerva Beauty seemed to have a solid selection. I didn’t check every single brand or compare prices super deeply, but from what I saw, there were plenty of options and it was easy to look through different products. A couple things I wanted were out of stock, which was a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker. The site was straightforward to use overall. I’d probably check here again next time I need supplies.

"Wish I’d Noticed Shipping Earlier"
The prices were easy to see and there weren’t any weird surprises at checkout, which I appreciated. I just kind of regret not knowing the shipping cost a little sooner in the process

"Decent overall, just not as smooth as I hoped"
Minerva Beauty comes across professional, and the website looks clean enough. I was able to find most of what I needed without completely losing my patience, so that’s good. Some parts were a little unclear though, and I had to go back and double-check details before I felt confident. It’s fine, really, totally fine… I just expected the whole experience to feel a bit more polished for a beauty brand. Not terrible, just kind of average for me.

"Website was kind of frustrating to use"
I tried using Minerva Beauty, it was a bit frustrating. The pages seemed kind of slow, the menu wasn’t super clear to me, and it took longer than I expected to find basic product info. I kept clicking around and felt like I was getting a little lost. Checkout didn’t feel very smooth either, so I ended up just giving up. It could probably use a cleaner, more straightforward layout.

"Support was a little slow but help me out"
I had a problem with a chair I bought from minervabeauty.com after a few months, so I email them about the warranty. It take a couple days before I heard back, but they did reply and asked for some pictures and my order info. After I sent everything over, they got it handled and shipped the replacement part. It wasn’t the fastest process, but it was fixed without too much hassle. Overall, fair support.

"Okay, but I expected more"
It’s decent overall, but I expected a bit better for what it cost. I kind of did that thing where I assumed a higher price meant higher quality, so maybe that set my expectations too high. It’s not bad, just didn’t really feel worth the price to me...

"Felt Left in the Dark"
I sent a couple of messages about my order and never got a response. I get that things can get busy, but when no one follows up, it makes you feel like your purchase doesn’t really matter. The whole experience was frustrating, it’s made me rethink ordering from them again.

"A few things were out of stock"
I’ve ordered from minervabeauty.com a couple of times now, and overall it’s been fine. The main thing that bugged me was the inventory, a few items I had my eye on were either already unavailable or disappeared by the time I got to checkout, which was a little annoying since I was trying to order specific beauty supplies.

The site itself is easy to browse, and I didn’t have any major issues using it. I just wish the stock updates were a bit clearer, even something small like a more obvious “low stock” note would help. Not a bad experience, just a little frustrating when you’re putting together an order piece by piece.

"Color was about 90% like the photos"
I ordered the salon chair in beige, and the color was close to what I saw on minervabeauty.com. I’d say it’s maybe 90% the same, just a little warmer in person than I expected.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I thought it would be a touch lighter, but it still looks really nice in my space. The photos didn’t feel misleading, just not an exact 1-to-1 match

"Embarrassing to admit, but it gets uncomfortable fast"
I feel a little embarrassed saying this, but this chair starts hurting after I sit in it for even a short time. I was hoping it would be more comfortable for everyday use, but I find myself shifting around quickly and needing to get up. Unfortunately, it just hasn’t worked out for me.

"Pretty frustrating experience overall"
Well... the installer showed up late and then seemed to rush through the whole job. A few things weren’t lined up right and had to be fixed afterward, which was annoying. Support took longer than I expected too. it just wasn’t the level of service I was hoping for.

"Return process was more hassle than I expected"
I had to keep following up just to get my order returned. Maybe I missed an email somewhere or caught them at a busy time, but it felt like way more chasing than should’ve been necessary.
